Our strategic priorities can be found at both the local and national levels. Some initiatives are best addressed by local leaders within the context of their own community needs. Others require our full collaborative engagement as a national ministry.
These national strategic initiatives reflect our passion for a better, more just healthcare system and are reflected in the Call to Action. This is the work that can only be accomplished together, as a system.
Our Call to Action represents an integrated strategy through which Ascension Health will improve clinical excellence and safety, create innovative, patient-centered healing environments and expand access to care for the uninsured and underserved.
This Call represents the conviction of every one of our local and national leaders that we are stronger together than we are alone. We will pursue these imperatives with an urgency driven by our belief that every patient deserves nothing less than excellent healthcare. We commit to this Call because we must — our Mission demands it, our patients deserve it.
